Debbie brings over two decades of experience in the employee benefits industry, having worked both as an insurance broker and a carrier representative. As a Senior Account Manager at R.K. Tongue, she specializes in the sale, renewal, service, and administration of group health insurance plans. Her deep expertise and client-focused approach make her a trusted resource for navigating the complexities of employee benefits.
Debbie is passionate about helping clients and prospects understand their options in an ever-evolving landscape, offering clarity and support with every interaction.
She holds a Life & Health Insurance License as well as a Property & Casualty License, and earned her degree in Business and Healthcare Administration from Villa Julie College.
Outside of work, Debbie lives in North of Baltimore with her husband where they are active members of their local church and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. She loves traveling (especially to the beach) and stays active with aqua dance classes at her local gym.
