At R.K. Tongue Co., we are proud to share that our President, Tim Girard, has been invited to serve on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Foundation of Dentistry (MFD).
Founded to help address a critical community need, the Maryland Foundation of Dentistry coordinates access to dental care for Maryland adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment. Through a network of volunteer dental professionals and laboratories, MFD’s mission is to improve oral health and quality of life for some of our state’s most vulnerable residents.
Tim’s invitation to the Board reflects his longstanding commitment to service, leadership, and giving back to the communities we serve. In this role, he will work alongside fellow board members to support MFD’s efforts to expand access to essential dental care and strengthen the organization’s impact throughout Maryland.
